The Venn diagram was presented on the smartboard where both students and teachers worked together to add the information into the chart.

The students then had the opportunity to work on their own Venn diagram choosing their own two animals, using the chart below.

Animal Classification Chart

The students worked together, with the help of the teacher, on this Animal Classification Chart, using the smartboard. The teacher would model the answer for them and as well each student took the turn to write an answer on the smartboard.
